Who we are
Sri Vasavi Projects develops gated plot layouts at Kamkole, on the Sadashivpet stretch of the Hyderabad–Mumbai Highway in Sangareddy district. We sell open plots, and at NIMZ County we build weekend villas on them.
Our way of working is simple enough to state in one line: the infrastructure goes in first. Black-top roads, underground drainage and electricity, street lighting, the compound wall and the gate are laid before a plot is registered. What you walk on the day of your visit is what you are buying — not a drawing of what it will become.
Approvals are shown, not described. NIMZ County carries DTCP TLP approval 154/2022/H and TG RERA registration P01100008167, both printed on this site so you can check them on the official portals before you ever meet us.
Pricing is quoted on site, because plot numbers and rates change as a layout sells. Come and see what is open.
Our ventures
A 25-acre gated layout with the roads, drainage, power and security laid before registration — and a furnished A-frame model villa standing on site.
Our first venture on the Sadashivpet stretch — cement roads laid in a clean grid, kerbs painted, avenue trees planted and a compound wall right round, with the site office and model house already standing on the layout.
The second Galaxy layout, opened after the first sold through. Black-top roads, a white compound wall the whole way round, avenue plantation already grown in, and every plot pegged and numbered.
Weekend villas
At NIMZ County we have built and furnished a 20' × 30' A-frame model villa — a plunge pool and deck below, a one-bedroom loft above. It stands on site today, and you can walk through it on your visit.
The plot is sold with the layout infrastructure complete. You build when you choose, to this design or your own.

From plan to plot
Every plot at NIMZ County begins as a line on the sanctioned layout — a number, a frontage, a road width. The model villa standing on site is where that line ends up.
Walk the layout and the villa on the same visit, and judge both for yourself.
Location
All three of our layouts sit on the same Kamkole stretch of the Hyderabad–Mumbai Highway. Drive times are from there.
The NIMZ industrial corridor is the next thing along the road.
