About the weekend villa

Do I have to build this design?

No. The model villa is there to show what a 20′ × 30′ build looks like on one of our plots. You can build to this design or to your own.

Is the villa included when I buy a plot?

No — the plot is sold with the layout infrastructure complete. The villa is a model you can walk through, and you build when you choose.

When do I have to build?

There is no deadline. The plot is yours once registered, and plenty of buyers hold it and build later.

Can I see it before deciding?

That is what it is for. The villa is furnished and open on the layout — walk through it on your site visit and see the finish for yourself.

Where is it?

At NIMZ County, Kamkole, Sadashivpet — in Sangareddy district, on the Hyderabad–Mumbai Highway. Pick-up is arranged from our Miyapur office.
