Before you book a visit

Is NIMZ County an approved layout?

Yes. The layout carries DTCP TLP approval 154/2022/H and is registered with TG RERA under P01100008167. Both numbers are printed in the footer so you can verify them on the official portals before you visit.

Where exactly is the project?

At Kamkole, on the Hyderabad–Mumbai Highway stretch, 300 m off NH-65 and next to the NIMZ industrial corridor. The Outer Ring Road is about 30 minutes away, and Woxsen University about 5 minutes.

What plot sizes are available?

The standard plot is 200 sq.yd (30' × 60'). Smaller plots of around 150 sq.yd and larger plots are also part of the layout. Tell us the size you have in mind on the form and the team will show you what is open.

What is the price?

Plot numbers and current pricing are shared on the site visit, because availability and rates change as the layout sells. Book a visit and the team will walk you through what is open.

Can I take a bank loan?

Yes. Bank loans are available on this layout, and spot registration is available if you decide on the day of the visit.

Is development finished, or do I wait?

The infrastructure comes first. BT roads of 80', 40' and 33', underground drainage and electricity, street lights, the compound wall and gated security are laid before registration.

How do I get to the site?

Pick-up is arranged from the Sri Vasavi Projects office at Miyapur, Hyderabad. Fill in the form with a date that suits you and the team will confirm the time by phone.
