Our first venture on the Sadashivpet stretch — cement roads laid in a clean grid, kerbs painted, avenue trees planted and a compound wall right round, with the site office and model house already standing on the layout.
NIMZ Galaxy sits on the same Kamkole stretch as our other layouts, in Sangareddy district, off the Hyderabad–Mumbai Highway. It is developed to the standard we hold to on every venture: the roads, drainage, power and boundary go in before a plot is registered.
Plot numbers, sizes, current rates and the sanctioned layout plan are shared on your site visit — availability changes as the layout sells, so we quote on the ground rather than on a web page.

Where exactly is NIMZ Galaxy?
At Kamkole, in Sadashivpet mandal, Sangareddy district — on the Hyderabad–Mumbai Highway stretch, next to the NIMZ industrial corridor. Our other layouts sit on the same stretch, so a single visit can cover all three.
What plot sizes are available?
Plot numbers and sizes are shown on the sanctioned layout plan at the site office. Availability changes as the layout sells, so the team walks you through what is open on the day rather than quoting a list that goes out of date.
What is the price?
Current rates are quoted on the site visit, on the ground, against the plot you are actually looking at. Tell us on the form what you have in mind and the team will come prepared.
Can I see the approvals?
Yes. The approval papers for NIMZ Galaxy are shown to you in full at the site office or at our Miyapur office before anything is signed. Ask for them on your visit — a layout worth buying has nothing to hide.
Is the development finished, or do I wait?
It is finished. The roads, boundary wall, plantation and services are already in on this layout — you are buying a plot in a completed venture, not a promise of one.
Can I build on it whenever I want?
Yes. The plot is yours once registered; you build when it suits you. If you want a weekend house, the furnished model villa at NIMZ County shows what a 20′ × 30′ build looks like.
How do I get to the site?
Pick-up is arranged from the Sri Vasavi Projects office at Miyapur, Hyderabad. Put a date that suits you on the form and the team confirms the time by phone.
